We really made a mess of the pipes under our kitchen sink. Maffei Services did a great job rectifying the situation. The were prompt and professional. I hope we don't need them again, but if we do it will be good to know they are there to help. I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service from Maffei. Professional response by phone and plumber was at our house within 2 days. By the end of the day, we had two additional plumbers assisting and the job was completed and so was the clean up. The next day I had a problem getting the tub drain to work correctly; however, one call later and one day later plumber was back and problem solved. We are very satisfied with Maffei's services.
Maffei has done 2 jobs over the course of a few months for us. Both times, Billy was thorough and knowledgeable and detail-oriented. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend Maffei.
