Jeovanii Colon came and cleaned our mini splits and was amazing and very informative and taught us the best way to personally take care and simply clean them. Will use Climate Zone for any service we need.

We had our hot water heater go and a Climate Zone clinician came out quickly to provide emergency assistance. We were contacted the next day and had a new tank installed by Brent, David, and Matt. Professional, careful in our home, worked efficiently and followed up with us when completed. Highly recommended!

Like many people I usually don't write reviews. I always intend to do it but life gets in the way. We recently bought a house and unknown to us the HVAC had a major issue. The AC worked fine but the furnace was completely broken. While this was not disclosed by the seller we were stuck.Climate Zone was recommended to us and with the colder weather coming we needed help right away.Ryan an account manager came the day after I called. He was incredibly knowledgeable and came up with a plan using a MassSave program to completely replace our system and all the duct work.I'm going to take a moment to say we are VERY demanding customers.
