“The technician (Danielle), doctor (Victoria Tran), front desk (Doris), Apprentice Optician (Danielle Rodrigues) were all very pleasant, helpful, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in assisting us with the exam, glasses/contact lenses Rxs, contact lenses ordering, and insurance processes.<br>Danielle R was instrumental in explaining the insurance to us & answered our questions/concerns regarding the different types of contacts, as well as, notifying us when the contacts were in, and had the order ready for pick up.<br>Dr Tran patiently and attentively answered any concerns, and interpreted the eye exam results and Rx changes in terms we could understand.<br>We really appreciate their genuine concern for customer/patient satisfaction, as the service is very important and can be overwhelming.
