The technician (Danielle), doctor (Victoria Tran), front desk (Doris), Apprentice Optician (Danielle Rodrigues) were all very pleasant, helpful, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in assisting us with the exam, glasses/contact lenses Rxs, contact lenses ordering, and insurance processes.
Danielle R was instrumental in explaining the insurance to us & answered our questions/concerns regarding the different types of contacts, as well as, notifying us when the contacts were in, and had the order ready for pick up.
Dr Tran patiently and attentively answered any concerns, and interpreted the eye exam results and Rx changes in terms we could understand.
