The doctor and assistant at this location are so helpful and personable. The assistant was busy but went out of her way to see if they could accommodate me after I calendared the appointment wrong. It was a very quick and easy appointment to get both a prescription and contacts ordered.
I walked on a Saturday, and brought in a pair of glasses that were not purchased from the store. Max at the Southbay location was happy to help, and replaced a screw on my lenses that have been a pain for the past 2 months. I really appreciate the help!
I was in town from out of state when a screw came out of my glasses, I was really not in a good spot. I stopped into Target Optical and Max replaced the screw for me, he did not charge me. I highly recommend him for his kind professionalism.
