Hi! my experience at Target Optical was amazing!
The communication over the phone and appointment details with the staff was informative and helpful. My appointment was great. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well. 9/10, I would strongly recommend.
- Shout to Alicia, Maria, and Doctor Lam ✨
Walked in without an appointment hoping to have two pairs of glasses repaired of which the screws had either loosened or completely fallen off and was served in no time and with a side of smile by Maria. :)
Thanks for taking the time on the spot despite a busy day of customers!
Maria was great. She definitely made my experience much easier and smoother than I expected. Sorry I forgot the Doctors name but she was awesome too. I would recommend this particular location at south bay, Because “I can see clearly now, the rain is gone! I can see all the obstacles in my way”.
