Docked a star because my clinician is cold and brisk enough that I don't want to make her my primary eye doctor. I don't trust that she would spend adequate time with me. The practice assumed I wanted to make her my primary eye doctor solely because I had her for lens fitting. I had to ask again to do just a lens fitting for next year and not the full exam.“
