Danielle R was instrumental in explaining the insurance to us & answered our questions/concerns regarding the different types of contacts, as well as, notifying us when the contacts were in, and had the order ready for pick up.
Dr Tran patiently and attentively answered any concerns, and interpreted the eye exam results and Rx changes in terms we could understand.
We really appreciate their genuine concern for customer/patient satisfaction, as the service is very important and can be overwhelming. Thank you for such great staff at this Saugus, MA location!”
