All three people working when I came in today were welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of options to consider and I picked a pair of glasses I feel excited and confident about. A great experience overall!
The staff at the Harvard Square WP shop were terrific. They were friendly, communicated clearly, helped me find two frame styles that were just a little more stylish than I typically wear and were therefore exciting and confidence building, and they knew the WP product line extremely well.
i had a great experience at this WB location! a very kind and helpful employee complimented a pair of glasses i tried on and ended up helping me find some great options. they also explained to me that i should go in person to make any purchases, as an optician needs to look at particular measurements (and this can’t be replicated online). everyone else was also great, and the frames were, as always, gorgeous and very easy to try on!
