241 Optical is just fantastic. I’ve been returning for about 5 years. I don’t otherwise look forward to shopping for glasses - but they make it easier and actually enjoyable. Their selection is neither too small (the case at many shops lately) or too overwhelmingly huge, and it’s well curated. Very reasonable prices and personable, generous service. That’s all underrated - but the staff is also fantastic. Their solid understanding of the selection and glasses in general is always evident, and they make the details easy to understand. Great service from someone who has quickly saved me from having to drive without glasses twice. If you want frames that are subtle (not super bold) this could be exactly what you're looking for. Also impressed with an optometrist (Dr. Cope) at SEE, another small vision store which is only a block or two away from 241.

I was in a rush to head out of town, but needed to fix my bent glasses frame. The gentleman saved me by fixing it within an hour for 20 dollars. Would recommend for others to come here.
