“What a hidden gem! My son's frames were broken beyond repair, I pulled up and searched for some sort of glasses in an hour for he cannot go without because he isn't able to see. When I placed the call the person on the phone was super super amazing! Very polite and understanding.. was trying to see if she had a frame that could fit the lenses.. she said to come in and she might be able to get something for him even if temporary.. well she was able to get the lenses to pop into a frame, and scheduled him an eye exam for the following week. All in all we were in and out with in 15 min! Just noticed that the individual that helped us her name is Shellee, she is the owner and honestly I will be moving my own eye care needs to her as well! If I could give her 10+ stars I would! Honest individual and privately owned!“

“I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I experienced at Advanced Vision Center by Jordan and Dr. Hernandez, as well as the other staff members who helped me at my appointment. I had requested a visit online, and thankfully, I was able to be seen within a few weeks. All my communication with Jordan was so easy, kind, and professional. I was incredibly nervous about this appointment, and I felt put at ease immediately upon entering the office. Dr. Hernandez and her staff were non-judgmental and explained all the tests and procedures, as well as next steps, kindly and confidently. “A friend referred me and I am so grateful she did. Great people working at Agawam Eye Associates. I had a very thorough eye exam, that my insurance paid for. The Dr took his time to make sure the prescription was correct. I have had trouble distance reading with my glasses. The prescription I received is the best I have had in years. I purchased computer glasses and regular glasses. They used a frame I had with me for computer glasses, just put in new lenses. I bought a new frame and lenses for daily wear. They recommended a color frame, and I said no to that. Went back a few days later and exchanged the frames to the color frames they suggested. Lots of complements. The lenses are made on site, and are perfect. Had my new glasses in less than a week.“

“Yes, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time. Examiner was very excellent, efficient, quick, sense of humor but no nonsense. Skilled at her profession. Didn't 't need three or 5 trues to get the needed test result. Good selection of glasses. The first pair the staff suggested was the pair I bought, after I looked at every pair in the store! lol. They tried to itself me on lenses, which were beautiful but not in my budget. They understood. I'll pick up my glasses soon. I recommend these guys. And oh yeah, they fo really gave all the latest state of the art efficient equipment. Turns out the glasses I bought last time just fell apart after 1 year. Whoever makes thier lenses, maybe its me, but they seem like they are not crafted well.“
