I am learning Pilates (private) with Alisa 2x a week and I also see my personal trainer Mike 2x a week. I have had the best experience with everyone I’ve encountered (owner, staff and clients) and I’ve also had immediate results with weight loss and strength gain, flexibility etc and love the diversity of the workouts I am doing. It so nice that it is never crowded given that everything is by appt, and there is always a peaceful, fun, respectful, laidback and positive atmosphere. Whenever I want to take a Pilates class, I always get the time I want and I love how the classes are so small. The location is convenient and I’m always able to park right out front. Coming here and learning and challenging myself, especially with Alisa and Mike, have been the highlight of my weeks; getting me through the winter and in better shape!“

69 Willard St, Quincy“Had such pain in my neck that it kept me up at night - Every little movement hurt. Requested an appointment on their website and got a callback the next morning. Cathy, a former RN, was super intricate with the intake process and provided me with a lot of info on how to sit, sleep, and stand better. Bob took x-rays and showed me where my “problem areas” were. Puts a lot into perspective once you see it in black and white. From there, he adjusted me and provided me with some exercises to strengthen my weak areas. It’s been great. I feel so much better!“

Jay specializes in strength training with machines and weights. He is able to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results, and he can design modifications when you have joint pain. This is a huge advantage over going to the gym and navigating the equipment yourself. No more I can't workout because I hurt my knee, Jay will keep you moving forward without further injury. I recommend spending a couple of hours a week in Jay's gym!“

Chris has been nothing but a great mentor and coach. Every session with him produced results and he explained everything that was going on with how my body was reacting. He legitimately knows everything when it comes to the human body. My boys (6 and 9) tried soccer, baseball, flag football, but nothing “stuck” until we discovered karate back in March 2021. Fast forward to two classes a week (soon to be 4 ?), 2 belt tests and now a competition team/weapons (all dull, nothing sharp here), my boys couldn’t be happier. Sensei Marie and Sensei Erin are wonderful with the kids and it’s a wide range of all ages and backgrounds. I can honestly say that karate has also taught my boys discipline, fitness, patience and self esteem. I highly recommend One Step Beyond!“
