My wife and I first started going to Slight Edge in April of 2022. We were both looking to get in better shape for our upcoming wedding. I signed up for the private lessons with Craig Kelly while my wife joined the small group training. Craig helped us achieve our short-term goal of losing weight and looking great ahead of our wedding. Initially our intention was just to get in shape for our wedding, but we’ve been hooked and it’s become part our routine. Craig’s coaching pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and helps change the way you see working out. After following a path of being sick, weak and fat I realized I needed to make a change. Fortunately I met Coach Craig Kelly. He possesses the best qualities one would want in a coach: he is extremely knowledgeable, a highly effective teacher, patient, non-judgmental, methodical, maintains high standards, and encouraging. I joined Slight Edge a few months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. Craig Kelly was extremely helpful while I was getting set up, and I have been working out with Coach Kevin Hock 2x per week. He is an amazing trainer who pushes me to get better each time. Kevin is very knowledgeable in the space, supportive, and I look forward to each session. After a few months, I already feel stronger and am excited about the progress I have made so far. I highly recommend Kevin and Slight Edge team to anyone who is looking for a great work out in a supportive and encouraging environment!
