Jay specializes in strength training with machines and weights. He is able to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results, and he can design modifications when you have joint pain. This is a huge advantage over going to the gym and navigating the equipment yourself. No more I can't workout because I hurt my knee, Jay will keep you moving forward without further injury. I recommend spending a couple of hours a week in Jay's gym!“

148 E Central St, Natick“Stacy is precisely the kind of trainer I need. She knows how quickly to progress in terms of difficulty and strain. I initially began with twice a week, but the results have been so encouraging that I’ve recently updated to three times per week.
Stacy really should take before videos, because my lack of balance doing low step ups is hard to believe when you consider how confidently I now do higher step ups with weights and no knee pain.
I had been doing a fair amount of cardio before starting with Stacy, but I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that the resistance training I’m doing now has been life-changing for this 74 year-old man.
Highly recommended with no reservations.“

The Lab even has competition-specific classes for those who are serious about competing at local, nation-wide, and/or within prestigious/high level organizations. As a regular competitor, the Lab offered/offers me the unique opportunity to train for competitions with others who also have similar competition goals and rigor—something often not offered at other gyms. Further yet, as a woman competitor, it is often a challenge to find gyms that draw in other women competitors to train with; the Lab has skilled, experienced, and competitive women on their mats. If you are serious about competing and you are a woman, do yourself a favor and train at the Lab!“

Working with Adam has really motivated me to get back into shape for all the sports I like to play (primarily tennis).
