“I had come across chris years ago while searching for someone who has the experience and produces the results for a total body transformation. I had always lifted but I never understood how to build muscle or how to fuel my body properly. Finally after years of following chris, I decided to reach out to him and begin the journey. Chris has been nothing but a great mentor and coach. Every session with him produced results and he explained everything that was going on with how my body was reacting. He legitimately knows everything when it comes to the human body. “I came in for a massage at Best Results after a hard day teaching summer school. For those of you who also work with children, you know how stressful it can be! When I arrived I was greeted professionally and the environment in the massage room was quite peaceful. The massage therapist, Jeanine, was willing to focus on the areas that I felt (and she agreed) needed the most work. Best Results is a great place to get a massage at an affordable price.
