    Helps keep you motivated and honest, having a personal trainer has been a huge benefit to getting back on track and my health back in line. Would recommend Matt to anyone looking to get in shape.

    I love Bare Bones gym . Matt Warner is a great trainer . I have been off and in to him due to medical issues from day one . Very understanding and great guy to work with . I have gain a lot of knowledge from his trainings and love walking In that door not knowing what to expect that day for training . I would highly recommend this gym to anyone .

    I've been training with Matt for about 6 weeks now...it's a different workout everytime I walk in and I love that! Matt also makes you feel like you can do anything which I appreciate so much! He is a really great guy and a great trainer! I highly recommend him!
