“I have a strange disability and wear a brace. I recently started working with jay. I wanted to work with someone who was not only knowledgeable about personal training but able to assist with accommodations so I could work out safely. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I actually look forward to our training sessions and I have never liked exercise especially with this disability issue. I wish I could rate him higher than five stars. You will not find a better, more aware, kind, encouraging and passionate trainer.“

“Great gym the staff are always so friendly.The machine options are standard but for the abs and stretching area it's always so packed and tight as well there's always a random machine broken... There are 4 stair masters but only two works .“
