I recently started working out at SeanFit and it has been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. I hadn’t worked out in over a year due to a back injury and wanted to focus on building my fitness back up. I started PT sessions with Sean who customized workouts to my fitness level, and within a couple of weeks my strength improved which gave me the confidence to participate in the group classes. The classes are varied and target different muscle groups each day. Sean and Kristin keep a watchful eye during the sessions to ensure proper form and keep you motivated. I highly recommend Seanfit to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

Seanfit is a great place to get results and enjoy your work out at the same time! It’s challenging, yet they are constantly watching your form and making adjustments to ensure you get the most out of your work out. The people are friendly and the music is inspiring !!
