I have started working with Pete. He is the BEST Trainer I have had by far. I am working muscle groups that I have never had before. He is a very positive person and wants his clients to succeed. Best gym ever as well!

I wholeheartedly recommend Elite for physical therapy. A few months after completing 12 weeks of PT with Elite physical therapist Nelson for my total knee replacement, I requested a follow-up to make sure I was sufficiently recovered to go skiing. Nelson did a comprehensive evaluation, identified areas of weakness, and coached me through an extensive set of strength-building exercises. After just a few sessions, I could already see improvement. Thanks to Nelson's expertise and guidance during my knee recovery, I'm now skiing well and feeling strong.

I would give more stars if there were more to give. I came to Emily in July 2023 crippled in back pain, virtually unable to move. With care, she developed a plan to work with me twice weekly to increase strength and functionality throughout my recovery process. Through patience and persistence she pushed me where I needed pushing and enabled me to find relief and recovery within 4 months time. I count myself lucky to have found her. Thank you!
