“This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.“

It was like a miracle since two previous plumbers had failed to fix it and charged an outrageous amount to boot! Since then he has installed a recirculating line and fixed our water pressure.
