I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the top-notch services of Kannan & Pricone, and I must say, they have set a new standard for plumbing excellence in my eyes. From the moment I contacted them about our broken water heater, their response was nothing short of impressive. We had a dishwasher installer shut off the "original" water shut off valve instead of the new one and it froze closed and we had no water supply. I came home at about 2:30 and called Kannan & Pricone and was told I'd needed the city to shut off the water at the street and then call back. The city said they could and they and the plumber came within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and water restored within 1to 1.5 hours of my first call and the price was reasonable.
