“Kevin was awesome throughout the entire service call - friendly and polite. After talking through several options how he could determine where the leak coming through our kitchen ceiling originated, he quickly discovered it was coming from the toilet in the bathroom above it. He made the wax seal repair, thoroughly cleaned the area, and explained that any future leaks would probably be from the cast iron flange front ear. I would definitely ask for Kevin for any future repairs.”
