128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric
“I gleefully write a review about 128 PHCE every chance I get (incl the latest call from me for help! — shout out to Chad for delighting this customer and keeping their winning streak going !!)
They’ve done all my work for over 10 years, from a brand new / converted heating system to replacing an original 90 yo main pipe (luckily in the basement), to a kitchen fix, and recently a clogged tub.
Every time I call worried, and every time a kind voice answers and gets me on the books quickly.
For my latest issue, Chad was my guy and he came to my house promptly, with positive energy, super respectful and polite, sequencing things to make sure the easiest and least expensive fix was his priority.
I’ve owned a few houses over 25 years, and I’ve gotten used to plumbers, electricians, and others leading with what all the problems *might* be, reporting a variety of could-be-worst-case scenarios, and setting an instant and immediate tone of dread for everything that could possibly be or go wrong.
I’ve never had that experience with 128 plumbers, and I’m so grateful for that. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with brings a positive energy with an upbeat personality that clearly wants to bring relief and expert solutions to their customers. Chad was no different, and I’m very grateful for the work he did.”
