Rooter Man was a great experience for a stinky situation. They were very responsive and came exactly when they said they would. Our technician, Mark, was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to know upfront, when he learned more about what was going on underground, he let us know. I would highly recommend Mark and Rooter Man for the job. Hopefully we wont need to do this again, but if so, ill be calling them!Service: Drain cleaning
Mark was kind enough to come to our home today, a few days before Christmas. Our bathtub wouldn't drain and our plumber was at a loss. We had an emergency with our clothes washer water spilling out of the pipes unto the basement floor. We had Rooterman's name and number written in our business card index. Our plumber gave us their number. My husband called immediately and we were lucky enough to have the team come immediately. They figured out the issue and fixed it. My husband said he was going to have the tank pumped. Jason said that they pump tanks. It was not to too long after, we were having our tank pumped. What a great job they did! Their diagnostic abilities were excellent. We were very pleased with Jason and Chris. We have already booked for 2 years from now to have our septic pumped. Very personable...read full review
