“Well, I have to say these guys did such an impressive improvement on my plumbing situation. They took care of me in a pinch. Sal and Paul know their work and have ethics. They cleaned up my mess on an emergency and recommend some updates. No pressure. Went into a detailed description of my needs that I know I will need to adress. They are highly skilled and very good on communication and helpful with making the best decisions on my home. The owner knows my husband well and little did I know i had the owners brother that saved me from a clogged Main in the basement. Will be using them soon for my updated heating system as it's years old. They helped me in a pinch. Great service, excellent customer service and they do care about their clients.“

“Well let me just say the have a NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most recently one of the tenants that I had complained about a clog thier bathroom sink. I called the company that we have used forever. They sent thier guy who couldnt unclog the drain because he said the pipes were old and I would need to cut open the wall and have a plumber service the clog. The plumber came and looked and told me that it is an old T line connection and that the pipe is in good standing and they need to come back and unclog it. I then called the old company on saturday about it which the woman in the office was so incredible rude to me that I told her to send me my final invoices and I would pay them. She told me that I didn't know what I was talking about.... We have owned the building over fifty years and my family was in construction. I called my plumber Paul and he told me to call Drains by James..... So I Did!!!!!! I couldn't have been more happy! Kyle showed up who got it done in 10 mins and guess what he used to work for that other company and new the building well. I am so happy for Drains by James and KYLE they have a new customer.....
