“Last Friday 7/3 I noticed that our a/c units not cooling off our house.
I had driven by Chilli Willie’s shop many times and their commercials on tv. Not looking forward to spending an uncomfortable holiday weekend I gave the office a call.
Jayme answered, I explained the problem. Much to my surprise she said she would have a technician to my house on an hour. I was thrilled! Exactly an hour to the minute Scott the technician in duty that holiday weekend pulled into my driveway.
I explained the problem to him.
In less than an hour and a half we were comfortable.
Needless to say Chilli Willie and Scott will now be taking care of all our A/C and heating needs in the future. Thanks to Jayme and Scott for the outstanding service on a very hot holiday weekend. SS“
