Wow! Prompt, professional and so kind. Danny showed up and did not leave until the problem was solved. He was so informative of the process and kept troubleshooting until the drain was clear. 10/10 would recommend Elite Drains!
Danny was recommended by my plumber JLB Plumbing and he was great. He was very honest and was able to remove some root ingress much cheaper than one of the larger companies in the area. I would absolutely use Elite Drains in the future.
We had leak in our main sewer drain pipe in our basement. Danny was at our house within an hour of our calling Elite Drains. He quickly diagnosed and cleared the blockage issue. On top of that, he made a FaceTime call to a plumber he knew and showed him the issue and arranged for us to contact the plumber to have some needed major plumbing work done. Danny also recommended that we contact our insurance company to see if they would cover remediation of the spill. Insurance is not only covering cleanup, but also teardown and rebuilding of an affected basement bathroom.
