The staff is always very accomodating in helping to modify the workouts to help me in dealing with my many injuries I have collected over my 55 years.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. if you have the opportunity get in and give them a try you will not be dissapointed, worth every penny spent without a doubt.“

When COVID hit, and the world shut down, Chris made the transition to training on zoom seamless and fun. We have been happy to continue to train in our own home with no commute and no need for additional childcare. At times, the kids have even joined in. I do not enjoy exercising and often need external motivation to get started. Chris has been essential in getting us started and motivated to continue. She keeps the training sessions fun, challenging, and unique every time, making us want to come back for more. I look forward to continuing our journey to better health with Chris!“

Before my wedding, my father, my fiancé, and I all took a 10 class course for our wedding dances. Our instructors, Marissa and Peter were AMAZING, like I can't even tell you how hilariously fun, patient and understanding they were because all three of us could not dance! For any dance classes you can get with them, I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!“

Fixed issues in my right shoulder that I have had for years and the alignment and strength he helped to build up prevented what would have otherwise been a very serious skiing injury, which turned into only a mild strain. Kevin's mix of tough love and understanding is a great combination. He also does not require complicated exercises that you can not replicate at home between visits. Has even worked with my 9 year old aspiring pitcher to help add both velocity and prevent injury with repeatable exercises my son can do. Highly recommend.“

“i went to Max a few months ago hoping to have a bit more accountability with my workouts and get back to being consistent with them. Max was able to help me achieve this, and then some! He creates such a fun and comforting space in his gym that will have you excited to go workout. Max will encourage you and push you to achieve more than you ever thought you could - i hit a deadlift PR with him that i truly never thought I’d be able to do! Max is really the sweetest guy and is extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking to make some changes in your life and have fun while doing it, I’d highly recommend going to Max!“
