“I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner, during Lexington’s Discovery Day this past fall. My husband and I have been taking vigorous walks most days throughout the pandemic, but I had been thinking about adding a more specialized workout to that routine. I spent some time on the BodyScapes website, and it looked like it might be just the place for me. After talking with John, I was fully convinced and signed up the next day. I’ve been attending twice a week for an hour at a time for about two months now, and I have not been disappointed.
