    Taking Ikier Wellness Center osteofitness exercise classes use the 'Strong Women Stay Young' (Tufts Model) program to help build bone & prevent & treat osteoporosis. Beverley makes the classes FUN (great sense of humor), nice community & learn bone-healthy nutrition & recipes! (yumm chia smoothie from recent Ikier Calcium Pot Luck!)
