89Z Washington Ave, Natick“I joined Physical Ed’s about two months ago, and I cannot say enough nice things about the gym and the owner, Ed. I was intimidated to join a new gym, but Ed is extremely welcoming and goes out of his way to introduce and connect everyone in the gym.
He took the time to create a personalized and structured program for me, and focuses heavily on form and making sure that I understand the movements so that I felt empowered to do the workout on my own later on. He continues to push me during our 1:1 training sessions and keeps me accountable to show up.
He truly cares about the community that he has built and seeing everyone progress to be the best version of themselves. The gym itself is very clean, well maintained, and never too crowded.
This gym and Ed have helped me create a new lifestyle change of strength training and taking care of myself, and I am so happy for it. I highly recommend!!

72 Jefferson St #102, Marlborough“Before coming to Pinnacle Fitness I had been in a frustrating place with my overall wellness journey. I had been trying to lose weight for years. All the things I was trying on my own just wasn't working. In the 6 months that I was there they got me from 218 when I first started down to 200.
All the exercises the coaching staff had me do at Pinnacle were essentially brand new to me. Patrick, Luke, Jared, and Matt couldn't have been more approachable and encouraging. The work out is motivating without being intimidating, and I unquestionably saw results. You couldn't be working out with a better group of people. I was impressed every single session with how upbeat and positive the team was.
I'm a long time runner who fell out of shape in the after becoming a parent and probably just from getting older. This team got me back in shape to run my first half in almost 8 years (a race that unfortunately got canceled due to all the snow we're getting in '26). I told the team that I will be back so they can help get me in shape to run a full marathon when I turn 40.
Long story short. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pinnacle fitness. If you adhere to their program I can guarantee you'll see results if you work with them. They're great people doing great work.“

148 E Central St, Natick“Stacy is precisely the kind of trainer I need. She knows how quickly to progress in terms of difficulty and strain. I initially began with twice a week, but the results have been so encouraging that I’ve recently updated to three times per week.
Stacy really should take before videos, because my lack of balance doing low step ups is hard to believe when you consider how confidently I now do higher step ups with weights and no knee pain.
I had been doing a fair amount of cardio before starting with Stacy, but I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that the resistance training I’m doing now has been life-changing for this 74 year-old man.
Highly recommended with no reservations.“

Master instructor Eric has taught them not only physical skills, but has made them stronger mentally as well. It has been a great journey for both of them with this program, and yet they strive to learn more. Worth every penny, the time and the sweat that has been put into their physical and mental training as children , growing into decent human beings. We have seen them progress so much for the past 8 years, acknowledging the work done by Shihan Eric, outside of home and school! Highly recommended martial arts training!“

“I started seeing Greg at GN strong in 2020 through a friend. I had knee problems, lacked mobility and i couldn't get in to a squat for more than a second. Greg has always tailored each workout for me and how my body is feeling on any given week. Now after these workouts i can squat with very little issues and have a lot more mobility in my body.
I would highly recommend GN strong to any one that wants to stay fit and keep the body moving.“
