“I joined Physical Ed’s about two months ago, and I cannot say enough nice things about the gym and the owner, Ed. I was intimidated to join a new gym, but Ed is extremely welcoming and goes out of his way to introduce and connect everyone in the gym.
He took the time to create a personalized and structured program for me, and focuses heavily on form and making sure that I understand the movements so that I felt empowered to do the workout on my own later on. He continues to push me during our 1:1 training sessions and keeps me accountable to show up.
He truly cares about the community that he has built and seeing everyone progress to be the best version of themselves. The gym itself is very clean, well maintained, and never too crowded.
This gym and Ed have helped me create a new lifestyle change of strength training and taking care of myself, and I am so happy for it. I highly recommend!!

“after belonging to well over 50 gyms in my lifetime I have never felt more welcomed and supported anywhere else. the workouts are fun, Effective, and challenging. The staff is always very accomodating in helping to modify the workouts to help me in dealing with my many injuries I have collected over my 55 years.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. if you have the opportunity get in and give them a try you will not be dissapointed, worth every penny spent without a doubt.”
