“after belonging to well over 50 gyms in my lifetime I have never felt more welcomed and supported anywhere else. the workouts are fun, Effective, and challenging. The staff is always very accomodating in helping to modify the workouts to help me in dealing with my many injuries I have collected over my 55 years.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. if you have the opportunity get in and give them a try you will not be dissapointed, worth every penny spent without a doubt.“

“I have been going to Pinnacle Fitness for almost 7 years. Joining this gym was the best decision. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable and support their clients using a holistic approach. They make an exercise program that is tailored to me/ my goals, offer cardio programming, nutrition guidance as well as 1:1 coaching calls to discuss progress and goals. The coaches truly take care of it all. Work out sessions are semi-private and the space is always clean. I look forward to my sessions every week. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness.“

“My husband wanted to get fit as the pandemic was ending, so he joined Heroes Fitness: a welcoming, modern gym filled with friendly, outgoing trainers and the latest types of equipment. He loved working out with his personal trainer, Nick, from the very first session. Nick is expert and also injects positivity, fun, and humor into his (always changing and always challenging) workouts.It was initially a shock to me that I started joining my husband for the workouts. I’d never really lifted weights before and I thought of a personal trainer as a luxury experience that was a gift for my overworked husband, not for me. I quickly learned that it’s delightful to have a motivated professional designing exactly how I will become stronger, leaner, and more balanced (re: muscles and flexibility). I don’t have to figure out any of it; I just show up.Now my husband and I are enjoying becoming fitter, and we buzz on post-exercise endorphins and the realization that our bodies are capable of much more than we thought. We really appreciate how Nick is designing workouts for us that are exactly what we both need and encouraging us all of the way. “Both my husband and I have been training with Erskine for close to a year. We searched for a while for a personal trainer and lucky for us, we found Erskine. What sold us what his education and knowledge of body movement, as well as his certification as a personal trainer. Our lessons are matched to our health goals and progression. Erskine is wonderful to work with. He pushes us to do our best, challenges us each lesson, is kind, personable and always makes us feel that we are important clients. That our health is important to him. He cares. We are very fortunate to have a trainer like Erskine help us in our health journey.“

“I've been going here for 2 months and Mike over here is an excellent trainer/coach. He observes everyone separately and designs the workouts that fits every individual's physic. He keeps a track of everyone progress and constantly reviews it and also suggests on various technics to reach individual goals. “My children have been attending classes with Shihan/Master Instructor Eric for more than 2 years. He is able to get kids who don’t enjoy sports to participate in class, which is the test of a good instructor. Shihan Eric is very attentive, gives specific instructions, and approaches children in a calm and friendly but no non-sense manner.Students earn physical games at the end of class that focus on skills needed to progress in martial arts (agility, speed, coordination, etc).“

“I was always curious about what TODOS dance studio looked like in the inside and I finally got to see it! Before my wedding, my father, my fiancé, and I all took a 10 class course for our wedding dances. Our instructors, Marissa and Peter were AMAZING, like I can't even tell you how hilariously fun, patient and understanding they were because all three of us could not dance! For any dance classes you can get with them, I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!“
