i went to Max a few months ago hoping to have a bit more accountability with my workouts and get back to being consistent with them. Max was able to help me achieve this, and then some! He creates such a fun and comforting space in his gym that will have you excited to go workout. Max will encourage you and push you to achieve more than you ever thought you could - i hit a deadlift PR with him that i truly never thought I’d be able to do! Max is really the sweetest guy and is extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking to make some changes in your life and have fun while doing it, I’d highly recommend going to Max!
I recently reached my weight goal after being overweight for years and wanted a trainer to take me too the next level of fitness. I scored big time finding Max. During our intial consultation, Max asked all the right questions regarding my goals and objectives and really listened to where I wanted to go next in my fitness journey. Max wrote out a program for me and I was immediately impressed with how foundational we were starting, I knew I was in good hands. Over the last six weeks, working with Max, I have seen real progress, increased mobility, and stronger in everyday movements. I am so grateful to Max for helping me get on a healthy, sustainable life long path.
Max is a fantastic trainer. He's incredibly thoughtful in how he uses his expertise to build programs that will have impact.This is not 'set it and forget it' - he adapts and challenges every step of the way. He asks for big work but also brings his own big work to each and every client - whatever the goal. Max helped me 'unstick' from the sedentary habits that had begun to creep in post-Covid and got me feeling like myself again. Not only is he a great trainer, he's a great human - fun and interesting and makes every session feel rewarding.
