Owned and operated by Max Billings - Gordon (CSCS, 11 years training experience), each client's program is created based on their individual needs and tailored to their individual fitness goals. Max is an amazing trainer. I broke my back in april and 4 months later im back working on my deadlift. He is working with my physical therapist to come up with a full body workout program. And sends me a new one everyweek. After being bed ridden for a month and losing alot of strength, i am now almost back up to my old stregnth(everywhere except for my lower back). It seems he is at the gym literaly all the time, which is awsome. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to get in shape or wanting to learn proper form on lifts. Max has been an essential entity in my recovery
Max is a very good trainer he knows peoples limits and although he encourages people to push through he never forces anyone to do anything. He was very helpful when he did our workouts during football season.
Max is the real deal. If anyone is ever looking for a trainer, Not one who is just giving you a tough workout to make sure you are sore the next morning, so you think he is actually doing his “job;”but a trainer who will specifically design a workout for how your body in particular works, as well just being a cool dude in general...
