I joined Anytime Fitness in 2024 at the location near my home. When I tried to renew my membership, I went there three different times, but no one was available to help me.
Later, I had an appointment with my Doctor in Northborough and noticed another Anytime Fitness nearby, so I decided to stop in.
I was warmly welcomed by Doug Locke, who was very kind, professional, and helpful. He made the renewal process quick.
Even though it’s the same Anytime Fitness Brand, the difference in Management made it feel like two completely different Companies.
