Synergy PFT - Opened in 2007!
“Synergy PFT is such a wonderful place that's very inviting to new clients. When I went I didn't know what to expect, but had such a wonderful experience. Anna my trainer had hype music, she pushed us, and I got a good sweat in. Great workout overall, I attended a weight training and abs with no machine needed class. She provided adjustments for exercises I wasn't able to do due to a prior injury, and even offered a Zoom for those who couldn't attend in person. Overall, I highly recommend taking a workout class here, and request Anna!!”
