I’m a member for over 5 years and I would like to share my experience regarding the noise levels in the Alpha area.
The training space is designed as one large open room with three different workout zones: the Alpha Conditioning turf, the lifting platforms, and the cardio boxing area. Because there are no walls separating these spaces, everyone is exposed to the music played in each area.

I joined Lifetime Fitness because of Alby. He was awesome in showing me around the gym and explaining everything to me with professionalism. His explanation and answering all my questions to the point, prompted me to become a member immediately. Lifetime Fitness is lucky to have somebody of his caliber. In fact he is so welcoming to anybody who comes to the gym. Whenever I check in, in the morning I've observed that he is so kind helpful, and caring to all the guests who come in.
Thank you
Kay.
