What stands out about Max is that he listens to you and then adapts each workout to meet your needs. I am always challenged but never cowed or discouraged. Big, BIG thumbs up!

We are so grateful to be working with Tim & Josh and the architecture team at Insitu! For the past year Tim has overseen our comprehensive first-floor renovation on our 1906 home in Maynard. This project included removing the chimney and stairs, adding steel beams, and opening up the entire living space.
Tim's designs allowed us move our primary bedroom to the first floor and to provision for aging in place — wider doorways, removing interior walls, a gorgeous zero-threshold shower, and one continuous flooring surface that, if ever needed, could be navigated in a wheelchair.
Tim is easy to work with, listens carefully, and finds smart, practical solutions. I can say this because he very patiently led us through at least 3 sets of designs before we landed on something that really checked all the boxes for us using our space constraints and budget. We’re thrilled with how it turned out and highly recommend him for any home renovation or accessible design project.

Working with Laura has been a great experience! I came out of every session with a workable action plan, small steps each week that helped me get out of the rut I was in. One by one, these actions changed my life. She is extremely personable, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. She is prepared for every session so not a minute is wasted. I loved her mid-week check-ins and videos. She really seeks to get to know you, and then hones in on what's important to you and what actions you can do to accomplish your specific goals. I hired Pro House Painters to paint our aluminum siding colonial home. They worked very hard to prep the house (power wash) and then paint the house, trim and shutters. They did a truly wonderful job. They were neat, were super careful with all of my plants and flowers (I have a lot) and the crew was super nice! The house looks tremendous! Photo's show my old color of Green and the new color of Blue (with black shutters). I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

I had a persistent knot between my shoulder blades that was troubling me for more than a month. After having a massage elsewhere that was relaxing but did nothing to lessen the soreness, I booked an early morning massage with Dave.He immediately identified the issue areas and worked on them over the course of an hour. He used precisely the right amount of pressure and my back, neck, and shoulders felt remarkably better afterwards.I have had maybe a hundred massages over the course of my life and maybe a quarter of them were booked to address a specific issue or injury. While others were more relaxing, Dave's was actually effective.I'll definitely be booking again in the future.

He is fantastic and very very thorough. I went because of an issue I was having with my back and before he even led me into the massage room, we went over my symptoms, relevant medical history, and what I've done and what my doctors have said. He is very knowledgeable and he helped my back tremendously. His stretching class is also excellent and at this point, when my doctor says I should try physical therapy, I go to him instead because he'll be more helpful!
Kim did my hair for my wedding and did an unbelievable job! She is so talented. My mom gets her hair cut and colored with Kim regularly and it always looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Our home was in dire need of a makeover. Our 1844 historic home needed extensive carpentry repairs and clapboard replacement. All of these tasks were handled with expertise and consideration of our Historic District Commission guidelines.
Work was cleaned up at the end of each day. The perimeter of our house was kept neat and organized during the project.

I found Danai (owner of Desi’s Cat Cottage and Pet Care) by chance and I am so lucky that I did. I was looking for care for my two cats; one is elderly and very persnickety when it comes to new people in his space. She was extremely accommodating to both my elderly cat as well as me. I asked her to call me twice a day with updates and she never failed. She always went the extra mile and spent ample time with both of my cats to put them at ease. You never think of how important a pet care provider is until you need one and Danai doesn’t disappoint. We were lucky to have her care for our feline babies for the last four years before moving out of the state and we would have taken her with us if possible. If you are considering her pet care service (for cats or dogs), I would highly recommend!
My older son learned Teakwondo here, and my younger son is currently taking classes as well. Coach Mr, Murphy truly cares about the kids, and they really love him. I highy recommend this place.

We recently had what is becoming a newly common situation: we had to deal with a loved one passing away far from home (Ohio) and not being able to handle this in person.
