Great gym for sure. I like using the sauna from time to time. However, people are CONSTANTLY using skin products and hair products in there as masks and treatments. It's gross. I was in there with one lady once and she started squeezing out hair conditioner sludge all over the lower bench and floor. Did she clean it up? Nope. So.... everyone else in there with those types of people get to breathe-in the vaporized oils, etc. It causes coughing fits for everyone else in there with them! For real. Myself and others had to ask some lady to stop spraying her hair with whatever she was using as we all started coughing. It's a SIGNIFICANT safety concern to be breathing in oils...read full review
It is a well-equipped gym that has a full range of strength training and aerobic equipment. There are also a large variety of group classes at no extra charge. Trainers are available for a fee. You can usually get one or more free trial workouts. Locker and shower facilities are good. Pilates Reformer classes are slated to start soon at extra charge. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been permanently closed.
About as close to a perfect gym as you can get, plenty of equipment to use such as free weights and barbells. bathrooms are pretty messy sometimes and trash cans are never emptied as often as they should be
