The programming, coaching and members are all so wonderful! I would highly recommend Impact to anyone looking for strength training, all the coaches are so knowledgeable and always happy to help modify and correct form as needed! I never feel like I am off doing exercises by myself and never worry about injuring myself by doing an exercise wrong.
