58B Main St, Maynard“When I got into my 70s, I felt I needed to improve my core strength and overall balance to avoid falls. I signed up with Max Gordon at my son's suggestion and, three years later, feel stronger and surer on my feet than I have for quite awhile. What stands out about Max is that he listens to you and then adapts each workout to meet your needs. I am always challenged but never cowed or discouraged. Big, BIG thumbs up!“

59 Apsley St Suite 11C, Hudson“Pete Kilian, Train with Pete, is exactly what we were looking for in a trainer. We started two years ago when we decided we needed to add strength training, stretching and flexibility to our exercise routine. As you get older running, tennis and golf are not enough. Pete is awesome in every way, professional, structured, compassionate, and always focused on you and what you need. If you are looking to add another dimension to your workouts you can’t go wrong with Pete!“

“Do you live or work near Harvard, MA and are starting to feel some creaks, tightness, or weakness in your body? Or maybe you just don’t quite feel as fit as you did some years or decades ago? Or maybe you’ve heard how critical weight training is for maintaining muscles and bone density, and how important that is for health outcomes? …Or, perhaps (like me a year ago) all of the above?
Well, if any of those are true for you, or if you’re an athlete and want to improve upon where you are now, I highly recommend trying the Kokofit Club in Harvard, MA. The Kokofit weight training system offers a very efficient full body weight training and fitness program that guides you through your own customized workout, whenever you can make it there, in just 30-45 minutes/session. It is calibrated to, tracks, and progresses with your individual strength and condition, is efficiently designed to be done on one self contained machine. The machines are easy and motivating to use, and offer clear video instruction. Additionally, at Kokofit Club Harvard, if you ever have a question, Hunter, the (great!) trainer that owns, manages, and coaches at the club, is there to help you out with feedback and advice or even a personal training session if you want supplemental coaching.
The Club has a mix of clients, from high performing athletes to those of us in a different stage of life, and the atmosphere is very motivating and supportive. I’m a 50-something, and started going to the Kokofit Club in Harvard about a year ago. Since then, I’ve been going a handful of days a week, and I, honestly, feel better now than I did in my late twenties, roughly 2 1/2 decades ago. Great system, great coaching, great atmosphere, and great results!
Thank you, Kokofit and Hunter! When all is said and done, working out at Kokofit, Harvard, is something that only takes about one (enjoyable) hour a day, but the benefits are invaluable. I almost wrote immeasurable, but that would have been incorrect: they’re very measurable, and in many positive ways.
I highly recommend Kokofit, Harvard, to anybody from Middle School through any subsequent stage of life who lives or works in the area. You’ll feel better and be stronger than you have in years, and you’ll enjoy the process!“
