I appreciate their knowledge, patience, encouragement, willingness to work with each student to modify workouts if needed, constant advice, and steadfast dedication to what they do.
Coach Tiffany’s nutrition group has been wonderful and staying on point with it has made my body feel so good! This along with the workouts 5 days/week have truly helped my body be healthiest it’s been so far. In addition, Coach Tiffany is so wonderful at really giving students that special attention to make sure we are training correctly. She’s loving but tough!
Coach Zach is the one I spend the most time with as I go to 3 of his classes her week and they are awesome! He’s very encouraging and helps me through difficult moments during the workouts, which I truly appreciate. He’s knowledgeable and makes sure that we are each doing our best. His positive attitude is contagious and gets us through the workouts!
Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Coach Peter for being so accepting of how we all show up to class, I value that very much. Thank you for sharing your knowledge (with your emails!) and really showing a high level of care for all your students. And your Jordan is the icing on the cake!
The group classes are small and while each Coach brings his/her own personality and style to the training, they complement each other very well. The feeling I get after I am done with each class is what keeps me coming back!

Love the little side room with the hard wood floor and mirrors too, as a movement artist it's a great space for freedom of movement, yoga, dancing etc.“

485 Great Rd, Acton“My son started having bicep pain while throwing. Dr. McGovern identified the cause and had him throwing pain free within an hour. I was really impressed by how he used different cues and analogies to explain things. Over the past six months he’s completely overhauled how my son moves. He always focuses on health first. I feel like the 8-10 mph velocity increase is a bonus. My son had been on a path towards elbow problems but now he’s throwing in a much healthier, sustainable way.“
