There is not much interaction between the members there. It is no different than any other gym in that regard. People won't want to befriend you more because you are a member. People stay in their own lane. I do like that Mark Wahlberg is an investor in F45 and he's a Christian Man.“

Peter and Tiff are amazing trainers who give everyone the attention they need to make sure their form is correct and prevent injury. They follow up with you when you don't make it to class and really care about members. Other members are super nice and welcoming. I miss Impact and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming gym with amazing trainers.“

The coaches are friendly, knowledgable and support their clients using a holistic approach. They make an exercise program that is tailored to me/ my goals, offer cardio programming, nutrition guidance as well as 1:1 coaching calls to discuss progress and goals. The coaches truly take care of it all. Work out sessions are semi-private and the space is always clean. I look forward to my sessions every week. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness.“

What sold us what his education and knowledge of body movement, as well as his certification as a personal trainer. Our lessons are matched to our health goals and progression. Erskine is wonderful to work with. He pushes us to do our best, challenges us each lesson, is kind, personable and always makes us feel that we are important clients. Before my wedding, my father, my fiancé, and I all took a 10 class course for our wedding dances. Our instructors, Marissa and Peter were AMAZING, like I can't even tell you how hilariously fun, patient and understanding they were because all three of us could not dance! For any dance classes you can get with them, I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!“

“I've been going here for 2 months and Mike over here is an excellent trainer/coach. He observes everyone separately and designs the workouts that fits every individual's physic. He keeps a track of everyone progress and constantly reviews it and also suggests on various technics to reach individual goals. He is also an excellent motivator and will definitely recommend for anyone who wants to take fitness seriously..“
