Bought house with 20+ year old air conditioner which finally died. I contacted 4 companies for quotes. 3 came to house to look at the situation and one asked me to send photos. So now I'm down to 3. One from a big local firm wanted to measure every room in the house even though I told him the size we had did a good job cooling before it died. It was clear he was looking to up-sell so now I'm down to 2.

The remaining 2 firms had almost identical quotes. So since price wasn't part of the consideration we were looking for service and support. It came down to a big local company vs a very close-by family business.

Wright Choice was our choice. The owner is the person we worked with, not a salesman. Karl Wright was attentive to our needs, got the equipment installed quickly and made good recommendations. I feel very comfortable recommending Wright Choice if you are looking for heating or air conditioning equipment or service.“

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My neighbor recommended Dave Ritchie to me a few years ago when I was converting my boiler's oil burner to a gas burner. Since then, Dave has helped me install a gas line for a gas fireplace insert, and has completely replumbed my master bathroom during a renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Dave! He's responsive, caring, thoughtful, and extremely skilled (he's a master plumber). His work is indeed impeccable. There's no feeling like the comfort that comes with knowing your plumber knows their stuff and never does shoddy work. He has solved problems I didn't think could be solved. He's bailed me out of a couple of emergency plumbing situations (such as when my contractor ran screws through a water line twice). Dave never leaves a mess behind. “We have used this company twice. Once to install Mitsubishi mini splits in our previous home and to install a heat pump system (also Mitsubishi) in our new home. Both times the install guys were great from start to finish. They explained everything prior to installing and afterwards made sure we were comfortable using the new systems before they left. They were mindful of our homes, cleaned up after every shift and at the end of each job. They were great when we used them for routine maintenance as well. Can’t say enough about them but will end here to keep it short(ish).“
