We wanted a second hot water tank/heat pump installed in an area of our new house that was not getting enough hot water. Alpine helped us diagnose the problem, which included an area where pipes ran outside, exacerbating the problems we were experiencing, and offered a range of solutions.The work was completed promptly and 100% on budget, including re-routing the pipes to be totally indoors. The sales team, installer, and electrician were all top notch, and the new system is functioning perfectly. From start to finish of our heat pump project we couldn’t have happier with Alpine Heat Pumps. During the planning phase of our project they were very responsive to our concerns and designed a system that met our needs. The installers communicated with us throughout the multi day project and did a job that exceeded our expectations. An issue that came up after the installation was addressed the same day completely to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Alpine Heat Pumps.

I can't see nearly enough about Alpine and every one of their associates. I've been in touch with Chelsea the most but also with Chris, Wyatt and several others along the way, they've been fantastic every step of the way and we're in a much better place with our utilities now than we were when we first started!
