Berkshire Heating and Air has been a great service provider. When our old water heater failed in January, they came out the same day to evaluate the issue. They had a new one installed in two days! Today the technician was out this morning, right at the scheduled time of the appointment. Jason was courteous and efficient. When he finished the job, he explained what annual service tasks were performed. We continue to be very happy customers.

I would like to say thank you so much for your service and time. My furnace is old, but they took the time to clean and service it. Their staff is top-notch and get you all set quickly as possible. Their techs know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to have them work on your ac or heating!

Previously I had used another heating company who had installed my furnace. A year after installation, I had numerous problems. One thing after another happened. They were not very attentive & so I decided to contact Berkshire this year. Several of my neighbors use Berkshire & now I know why. They give excellent service.
