“Boulanger's came to hook up a new gas dryer in an incredibly tight space. We had no way of knowing how the previous installation was done, and it wasn't to code. The plumber who came out had to solve a pretty intricate puzzle and squeeze into incredibly small spaces to get it done right and to code. While they were here, they also checked our water pressure and explained some of the plumbing mysteries we had in the house. We were thrilled with the work and service!“

“We wanted a second hot water tank/heat pump installed in an area of our new house that was not getting enough hot water. Alpine helped us diagnose the problem, which included an area where pipes ran outside, exacerbating the problems we were experiencing, and offered a range of solutions.The work was completed promptly and 100% on budget, including re-routing the pipes to be totally indoors. The sales team, installer, and electrician were all top notch, and the new system is functioning perfectly. They even set it up so that when our older tank fails, we may be able to run exclusively off of our new heat pump. Either way that works out, we're totally satisfied with the new unit and how the job was completed, and would not hesitate to use Alpine again should the need arise.“

We got incredibly fast help from Wilson, and Jason came out twice to tighten radiator fittings and replace a main vent. He was happy to do some teaching on steam heat while he was here, which is above and beyond - we loved learning more about what we can do ourselves vs. what we need to bring him back for.“

“After I drained the 18 inches of water from my basement from a sump failure Wayne stepped in & 1st resuscitated my gas furnace and then literally rebuilt my water heater (which most would have immediately declared DOA).
