“Outstanding service. First hot day of spring, 95+ outside, and our condenser went into thermal protect. After a bit of time and a reset, the compressor was whining, and cooling performance was poor. I called Reidy, and they sent technician Courtney out THE SAME AFTERNOON. Courtney arrived promptly, and was very professional and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failed capacitor, replaced the capacitor, tested and inspected the rest of the system and we are staying cool again. “Where do I even start? Called on a Monday during the massive cold snap, at 8:30 in the morning. A human answered after only the 2nd ring, and Coraine was absolutely amazing at walking me through fixing the current issue. Furnace was running strong! Human error on my end several hours later. I call back around 2pm, and explain the issue. They recommended we have a tech take a look. I agreed. They were in my house in less than 40 minutes! Diagnosis was fast, and Jason was super chill about the work that needed to be done. And the work was done incredibly fast, too!
In short, 2 different issues in one day, all fixed in under 3hrs effort. I've never had to use any furnaces services since moving out this way, but, I do believe I have found my go-to people.“
