“Having had a Plumber/Heating Company for near 20 yrs when they apparently went out of business suddenly we had to find someone when the fan died on our furnace. My husband looked online and saw great ratings for Modern Heating and A/C and we liked they were local so we called and heard back within 10 minutes!!When my husband explained the problem (which happened 3 years ago as well), it's only a 5 yr old system but not a common one and finding the part last time took a long time. This being a Friday, I was prepared for a cold weekend, but they came over right away and checked things out, called us within 2 hours and said they got the part and would be out the next morning, which was a Saturday no less and fix it!I was so impressed with their professionalism, how quickly they got back to us and coming out of a Saturday, some places could have really jacked up the rates, they didn't!Happy to say, we have a new go to Company now!“

We got incredibly fast help from Wilson, and Jason came out twice to tighten radiator fittings and replace a main vent. He was happy to do some teaching on steam heat while he was here, which is above and beyond - we loved learning more about what we can do ourselves vs. what we need to bring him back for.“

“I contacted several installers last spring about whole house heat pumps, mini-splits, and heat-pump hot water. Pioneer was the most responsive and professional of the group. They not only did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it, but they had excellent advice about my situation. We scheduled an installation last October that included a ducted heat pump for our in-law apartment, a separate ductless system for our unit, and heat-pump hot water. The installers were friendly, professional, and accommodating to our needs. We're now almost through our first heating season and couldn't be happier. Pioneer is most highly recommended.“
