Given the extraordinary heat and humidity so far this summer, I am very grateful to Pioneer Heating & Cooling and the ductless AC (with heat as well) unit they installed for me. The installation took place in April and I was able to get the MA energy rebate for part of the costs within 6 weeks. The workers were diligent and they explained things to me with patience and skill. The price was reasonable compared to other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately our mini-split didn’t want to cooperate in all in this heat. I contacted Pioneer Heating and Cooling and explained my situation. They scheduled an appointment. On the morning of my appointment their technician Sunny arrived. I gave Sunny a quick synopsis of what I was experiencing. Sunny immediately diagnosed the problem and explained what was happening and how he was going to proceed to remedy the issues. Sunny was very knowledgeable and personable. I was really impressed with his problem-solving skills and his ability to explain a complex issue simply. Thanks to PH&C and, of course, Sunny, we were back to a cool, comfortable home within an hour.
