I had a problem with my oil burner on Christmas Eve. Joel got to my house within 30 minutes of contacting the call center. Was able to get it running again in 30 minutes. Great Service for a Holiday (and a Sunday) ! Thanks for all your help !

Excellent service. Explains everything thoroughly. Super efficient and left the work areas very clean. Edwin was with Justin both helping and learning.Very happy, thank you!

FSI has been terrific since I started dealing with them. Whenever there was an issue or question with my stove they made sure everything was fixed and then they explained everything to me. They couldn't have been more professional. As far as their worker today, he is wonderful. He has a way with my stove and it always gets serviced perfectly. And he chats a bit..not too much or too little...enough to be friendly and informative and comfortable enough to have in my home. Thoroughly pleased with the people and the business.
