Have been a client since 2018, excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my boiler replaced as well with them and it was a great experience. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I’m not even technically an oil customer of theirs yet; But I will be brand new to oil heating this winter. Danielle was SO incredibly kind and patient on the phone. She explained to me how everything works, how paying and billing works, when I should order oil, and even how to check my gauge to ensure I called in enough time. I recently had a problem with my heating system so I called Central Oil and spoke with Marty. I explained my problem and the first words Marty said to me were “don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything “ and he did. His technicians were on time and professional. They fixed my problem with minimal disruption. As a homeowner it’s comforting to know that when you have a problem with your heating or air conditioning systems you can call Marty and know that he will respond quickly and fix the problem.
