Central Oil provides excellent and speedy service. Customers report that when called, they respond quickly, often within half an hour, and resolve issues like a non-working furnace or an empty oil tank in minutes. The team is described as polite, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. Both technicians and office staff provide amazing customer service, taking time to explain how everything works. Many customers have been clients for decades and would never go anywhere else, highly recommending the business for all heating needs. The experience of having a boiler replaced is also noted as great. Overall, nobody provides better or faster service.
Our furnace stopped running, showing it had a half a tank. It was almost quiting time when we called to have someone come to look if possible. Within a half an hour their tech was here and gone within 15-29 minutes with a working furnace!!
I've waited hours for other services unrelated and NEVER had such speedy help. The tech was polite and personalble .

Everybody yaps about lousy service. I can't say that about Central Energy. You call and they respond. I've been a customer for over 40 years. Yesterday we ran out of oil. I called Marty Topor's son Chris and the tank was filled within an hour. He said if it didn't kick on, to give him a call they might have to bleed the line. It didn't start. Chris sent his techs Seth and Steve and within 10 mins it was roaring. I'm telling you, nobody provides better/faster service.
I will say that the service I receive is satisfactory and that I stay loyal, but there are some issues for sure. For one, I've had to chase down an oil refill twice now. Once because someone was supposed to call me back but never did, and a second time because they didn't show up the day they said they would. Second, there's one lady on their phone lines who treats me like an inconvenience every time I get her. I've never been rude over the phone. Maybe a little bumbling since I've been a homeowner for all of one and a half years, but never anything that I think warrants that hostility. Man, I just want to heat my home.
