They came the day after I called for a quote and were able to install my new boiler just a couple days later when other companies couldn’t come for weeks or months. “Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. We asked if he would like to come out, and he was honest and said, do this first so you don't have to pay me for a service call. We did what he instructed, and everything with the system was fine! “Mike and Cody arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and got right to work. My Navien tankless water heater was having flow and temperature issues with the hot water sometimes suddenly stoping for seconds to minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue (flow sensor and mixing valve) and had the needed replacement parts on their truck. Mike provided me a reasonable quote for the parts and labor, and half an hour later the hot water heater was again fully functional. Great work at a reasonable price and was done quickly. Not much more I could have asked for. Thank you!“

“my wife and I have now had my oil filled twice by these guys and my furnace inspected once before winter. The serviceman (I want to say Joe?) was super professional, very mindful about the cleanliness of our house, and did an outstanding job. Every time I call in, it's Diane, and she is absolutely lovely. They sent us Christmas cards and calendars, which we have prominently displayed. As far as I can tell, the prices for oil are fair. “I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error. ECM taking 15 minutes to talk to me on the phone saved me money because now they don't need to come out for a service visit and made me a happy customer. Thanks ECM!“
